Schumacher Residence, Oro-Medonte

JDB Associates were retained back in 2004 to complete an overall site plan for the forested Schumacher property on Lake Simcoe. The rear waterfront yard was transformed into a 3-tier patio, which contains a pool on the middle deck and is surrounded by vibrant planting beds. Around the side of the property is a tree lined multi-court sports pad that was constructed for the family’s kids. This project is a great example of the possibilities JDB Associates can provide to your property, waterfront or not.
