JDB Associates Limited, established in 1989, is a landscape architectural firm based out of the City of Barrie with experience in both public and private sectors across central Ontario. JDB consists of a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to furthering excellence in the areas of Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, and Arboriculture. 

For over 30 Years, a system of teamwork has been cultivated amongst our staff of innovative and experienced Landscape Architects. At JDB our aim is to develop cost effective, functional, aesthetic, and environmentally sensitive designs that positively impact the human relationship with nature. To achieve the highest level of quality in our work, we collaborate with a select group of consultants which, combined with our professional staff, provide us with an experienced and knowledgeable support structure.

Through our office, we offer a wide variety of services tailored to individual project needs including site analysis, site master planning, site grading, landscape and ecological restoration plans, site supervision, and contract administration. Although most of our work is focused in Simcoe/Dufferin County, we have experience working on a variety of projects from the Greater Toronto Area all the way up to Muskoka’s cottage country.
