Waterfront Master Plan, Penetanguishene

In 2000 the Town of Penetanguishene set forth an effort to revitalize their waterfront and retained JDB Associates to complete the concept master plan. An important feature of the master plan is the inclusion of a portion of the Trans Canada Trail, which is surrounded by loads of amenities. The master plan includes playgrounds, sport courts, gathering areas, a splash pad, sculptures, and look out areas. This conceptual design provides people of all demographics with a leisure or recreational space to use at their towns waterfront.
