Gold Residence, Innisfil

JDB Associates were retained back in 2008 to complete an overall site plan for the Gold residence on Lake Simcoe in the Town of Innisfil. The design included a front entrance gate and winding driveway leading to the front of the house, with a raised berm and plantings in the front yard to make the dwelling feel secluded. The waterfront yard contains a pool with built in hot tub, a large patio, grassed lawn area, and fire pit abutting the water. The backyard allows for the family to always have a vantage point of beautiful Lake Simcoe while they spend summer afternoons enjoying everything their waterfront property has to offer.
