Bradford Park, Westbrook Subdivision

JDB Associates were retained by Mod-Aire Homes Limited in 2011 to complete the landscaping plans for their 300+ home subdivision in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. Our scope of work involved preparing plans for tree inventory and removal, street trees, fencing, entrance features, storm water management facilities, and 2 park blocks within the development.

Showcased here is one of the park blocks, which has a center amenity area comprised of play equipment, a curbed planting bed, and site furniture. Access points are provided at all 4 corners of the park block and where these paths intersect is where the amenity area is located. The rest of the park is flat grassed open space allowing users to partake in a wide variety of outdoor activities.
